Well, while I agree some of this was just banter and some youth showing, ah well I won't get into it.

I'm going along with saphyre. Hyla and his wife, mosthula will probaly come with his gf serephina. We have another couple who played with us who may come as well. So yes there are plenty of women going. And if there was such a competition, some of them might even get into it, and some wouldn't.

Honestly I don't know how much bar hopping and what not we will be doing with everyone. We will hang out some but will have to see how it goes :)

For me and saphyre in particular, her parents will be flying in from hawaii that same weekend so we will be doing some things with them as well.

Anyways, just realize that while the above posts may not be your thing, there are enough people going that you will have some folks to hang out with should things become distastful for you with the youngins :)
Venderic, Candide or Mercutio in games.
