I should get the served papers tomorrow. We'll see what happenes and go from there.

Well first hope is that you can both work it out without lawyers then just get them to do the paperwork.

The most successful my 3 friend's has a ruthless woman lawyer to do his bidding for him. She's an absolute terror in the courtroom and so far he at least now has access to the kids and has her lawyer wondering what the hell hit him.

I could ramble on with some details on these 3 and other friends but the ridiculousness of the way it's handled by the courts & cops would just depress you.

Ive seen this enough times times to be able to tell you that she had her lawyer about a month before you even had a hint that something was wrong. :/

In the end you'll be a better person because of it, and better off. You just don't know it yet.

Give it time let it heal and move on. Life is sometimes never fair but if your able to roll with the punches. A good hearted person will always come out on top.
