So, I was grouped with Hall about... 4 days ago? And suddenly he starts talking about people who were leaving at that time. Freon left, Sansa left, he said some level 48 priest left, Rawrr or something I believe and Mexal left (All to form a specific guild or something). Now, I'm curious, although I by no means really have a right to question your recruiting policies, why some of them are back in BWC? I mean, Sansa is a perfect example, she got kicked once for being a toolish idiot bitch, and was allowed to rejoin under the circumstance "She keeps her fucking mouth shut" (quote from Super). So I'm wondering why you guys are letting people back in that clearly have no loyalties to you?
I'm just wondering, because I know the people I spoke to about the issue felt used and didn't like it, so I don't see why you are letting these guys back in. I mean, I can leave a guild, give a bogus reason, and then pretend that I'm feeling better too, but that doesn't make me sincere about it. I guess I just seriously hate to see you guys in a situation where more of your people can be used, and you are just taking in no-talent scrubs (see quote: "Let me tank these, I'm two levels higher than you" --Sansa, spoken to a Warrior from my guild when they were leveling) to fill roster space?
Even Winke made a post about someone coming back to the guild a few weeks ago. I guess it just has me baffled is all. You obviously don't have to explain why you are doing what you are doing, as I'm not actually in your guild, but I mean, I group with you guys all the time, and I would seriously hate to see you guys get a shitty reputation because you keep picking up the same scrubs over and over.

My statements are not attacks against the people in Sirions post. To be honest I have no idea wtf happen; as I was in Tahoe from Fri.-Mon. and thank God I missed the drama. BWC has kicked out very few people for being tools (I know Aesland in Resonance) was one, Affrix perhaps in DAoC.
The recruiting and roster development is not a strong suit of ours. Thats not a shot at SH or anyone else, it's just the fact this guilds membership is never clearly defined whether it be CoE, BWC etc. Hell, I just removed several people from the officer boards that are not even in this guild anymore and were still clearing access out. Stack on top of that the fact BWC has a more organic vibe as opposed to a military style (and always has even when I GMed) of leadership and you get an almost open recruiting mentality. We filter very few people Sirion as you know. Any member can say 'this dude is my buddy' or some random can post on our boards and 80% of the time they are in.
SH may have more details answers for you but there are no easy solutions. To GM (in-game) and manage (out of game) like Itzlegend, Triv, Furor, Deyth etc is a 50hr a week job or more. For those guys playing games and running their guilds is their RL. BWC functions on more of a panel system with 1-3 people per game functioning as a GM. Sirion I am not sure why you are hitting this topic again and assume I am missing something bro? Was there some friction between Reso and BWC members? You have a good understanding how this guild works and it seems to function like it did in DAoC for the most part. I would not worry too much about the BWC reputation, that always seems to work out well.

Although detractors decry (MMA) as a brutal, bloody form of human cockfighting, aficionados know it is a brutal, bloody, totally fucking awesome form of human cockfighting. -The Onion

I don't know bro, I just hate to see people come and go at will. I have much <3 for you guys, and BWC is the only guild that I will invite to non-raid instances, but there are certain members currently that are simply not welcome. I refuse to let these people use either your guild or my guild as long as I have control over the raids (pvp and pve).
Anyways, I guess it kind of rubbed me wrong to see someone leave the guild the other day, give no reason in guild chat (according to the person I was grouped with at the time, and the post made in the WoW forums), make up some story, get back in, and now is at the front of the line for Dire Maul help.

DAoC > WoW
Call me sir.

I believe the post in the WoW forums from Mexal was just airing out dirty laundry. He never left the guild. He hasn't played for a few days.
Freon has never come back or welcomed back. As for Rrawr, I believe he is a RL Friend on Mexal's or was confused at the situation on what was going on. More like bandwaggoning on drama. I have no idea on why he was reinvited back into the guild. SH has all guild invites and removals, which for one makes me happy since we don't have to question who invited who like we did in DAoC.
Sansa is a whole another story. I guess that's what you get for telling a story about having cancer (which maybe true -- I'm not disagreeing with her). Also it seems a bit odd, since it was like a 1 day turnaround, which reminds me of a temp employee I had working for me for 3 weeks, 6 months ago. She had been carjacked, raped, pregnant, miscarried, on dialysis, had a kidney taken out, married, pregnant again, and miscarried again ALL in those 3 Weeks! Just so she couldn't go to work unless when she wanted to and I said See ya after the Dialysis part but the paperwork didn't go through until Friday... she came in on Friday at noon (I couldn't get a hold of her "cellphone" for hours) told me about the 2nd miscarried part and had 2 security people escorted her off the premise.
Rhuac was disappointed on her being back in the guild. I certainly don't care if she's in the guild or not. Then again, I don't want to do anymore "leadership" type stuff in WoW like I did in DAoC. I don't have the time anymore nor do I care what's going on with every single person in the guild like I did in DAoC. I'll lead an instance here and there or organize people to do quests/encounters on my off days, however I'm happier just being a follower and helping out on what's needed.

The message buck stops here.
it seems like all this drama is centered around mexal and sansa.... and too me sansa seems like a drama queen. thats just my opinion. im not 60 so i dont know how much they contribute to the guild or how skilled they are as gamers but if they arent really contributing, i think we would be better off without them

I find it somewhat funny that Sansa can create a lot of Drama and get invited back, even as an officer.

Guys your not reading between the simple lines here, pay attention to the obvious and stop making it so complicated. Mexal is a friend of D's from AC, long ago before he knew many of us including myself. Sansa is Mexal's GF and therefore inherits a ceratin level of tolerance. The simple message here is D is the GM and this was not a practical decision for him but more of an emotional one.
Knowing that do I care that D reinvited Mexal and his girlfriend? no, I don't give a shit because I understand and support his decision. If you guys are GM's in any games you can make the same decisions and your guild/friends should support you.
So enough about this bullshit its fucking old. Mexal and Sanasa are back, D is your GM he has enough to worry about no need to create additional drama. Support your GM's decision and trust that he is always looking out for guild with his best intentions.
