I started to consider all the things that i DONT want happening to me during pvp and how i want to control the fight anytime and everytime i can. So i went with flurry for the fast attacks enrage for the dmg increase defense talents mostly to get revenge and then a 20% chance to stun.
after that i whip out the old 2 handed beast and wail away till i get enough for disarm and blammo i do some more dmg and pummel warstomps ftw.
Ive had no real problems with tanks of equal level at all. just shield block gain rage disarm and wail away 2h enrage style and rely on crits with my fast weapon. then just demoralize shout and im good to go.
alot of shit has already been brought to my attention but i dont care if its the same old thing i wanna take it all into consideration here in writing.
my bro had a 50 undead warrior in beta so he showed me how he did it mostly and i just change to what ive learned througouht.

My template is pretty standard among fury/arms warriors I think, although when I made it I did so when everyone was going for MS.
I have in Arms:
Deflection 2
Imp. Rend 3
Deepwounds 3
Impale 2
TM 5
AM 1
Imp. Overpower 2
Basically, the Impale and deep wounds are to add some dps to my relatively low damage crits. I think the highest crit I've seen on a non-styled main-hand attack thus far has been roughly 600-610
For Fury I have pretty much the basics:
Cruelty 5
Imp. Demo 5
Piercing Howl
Unbridled wrath 5
Imp. Execute 2
Imp. Battleshout 1
Imp. Intercept 2
Enrage 5
Flurry 5
Deathwish 1
Bloodthirst 1
Now then, the flaw I see in your current template, is that you are wanting to have enrage up for big hits. Enrage only works when your opponent crits you. If they are stunned from revenge they won't crit you. With Deflection 5 and Shield Spec 5 that's a 5% less likely chance each that you will be getting hit, much less by a crit, which, for most players, happens roughly 10-20% of the time. The whole thing about going fury and going for damage, is you need to take damage to do damage. That's why I dual wield in pvp. I'm okay with getting hit harder because I'm missing 2k armor from my shield because my crits and your crits allow me to make up and surpass the extra damage that's being delt to me.
If you want my take on Defensive Stance in pvp, it's good for the stuns and the disarms. If you get disarmed it's good for shield block. Noone is going to crit you while disarmed, 90% of the people I disarm either fall into defensive or run/try to kite me, of course by then they are either hamstrung or hit with piercing howl and they aren't getting anywhere so they are fucked either way. Horrigan is spec'd defensive right now, and sure he has nice damage mitigation, but in a head to head fight before guards priests or newbs were out to stop it, I had him down to 60% hps and disarmed while I was still stitting tall at 90%. The damage reduction isn't worth the stuns from what I've seen. That's just personal opinion though. Once I get a weapon chain for my main hand, no defensive warrior is going to stand a chance
