I have level 20 toons rolled specifically for camping mobs (Happpy and Shoppingtrolley).
I have never seen this NO ENGAGE - NO MOB policy before. THats essentially the same as first hit means i get the artifact policy.

Here is my 2 cents 
If your camping a artifact with a level 20 alt and doing something else then you really don't want the artifact. It's that simple. What do you think that grp is going to do when they see a level 20 artifact camping? They are ALL going to think your just farming it to make a quick buck.
I sat at my comp for 6-8hrs for Maddening scholars to pop and yes even a few other camped it with me so we could take turns sitting there. But to me it was worth sitting their getting the item then trying to get lucky. Think of it as going on a TG raid for 6hrs to get 1 UBER item.. It's no different, but your guarnteed to get what u want.
I think the whole artifact stealing is very gay. Mythic needs to fix this. But untill it's fixed we have to police ourselfs.
Fighting within the alliance is stupid. I have never seen a bad member from desolate nor NN. Infact TT INc. guildies are in NN.
Just remember that this is a RvR alliance. People who get artifacts are only helping themselfs and not the alliance.
If your stealing (or trying to steal) among the alliance for your own benifit then their needs to be some booting or follow up done to resolve the situation. 2 Guild's who hate each other ISN'T a ALLIANCE nor will they help each other.

You really think payback is going to make the alliance run better? And any sympathy and goodwill you had over the first incident is gone. I think we've now demonstrated both guilds have some little children as members.

I personally do not condone revenge. I just do not group or help Desolate members. If some of my other guildies decided to take it to that extreme that is on them. I will not apologize for them or condemn them. As far as the Artifact I have NO doubt in my mind it would have been given to the wronged party even if it was a desolate member. We may like to get our revenge, but we are not jerks. If you have any doubt to this then you can ask anyone about our guild in our /as and out of it. You will be VERY hard pressed to find a single negative or disshonest thing about us. We are team players and very casual gamers. We just do not like getting shit on.
