Far Cry

This game is awesome! Don't wait for Doom3, this years best shooter is already out.

Best graphics in any shooter game to date, even on my Athlon 1.8. These graphics are insanely good and smooth.

As for gameplay, this is the first game I think is worthy to compare to the original half-life for gameplay.

I don't know about the multiplayer, haven't tried it yet, and really don't care for a bit until I get through the single player.

I think there is a demo, but I never tried it.

I'm with Josh, this is the first shooter that I've played that has seriously rivaled Hlaf-Life in the single player fun factor. Now if I could just figure out how to kill those damned mutant monkey things...

Farcry online = super sucky lameness till no end. The code for net play blows ass balls really bad.
Farcry on a LAN is super fun. I think on a 100 mb LAN we had pings of 60-75 to give you an idea. On a game like UT we have pings of 4-5.
