well we can run combo groups or what not :) classes that are used alot for 8vs8 and i've grouped with every combo you can think of with these classes and had a solid group. But your best groups will be either caster or tank group period on the server. about the only time i would bring a caster in a tank group is if i had a sorc or an sm for mezz. I have run combo groups and have gotten owned faster than a one or the other group. if we have enough we could run both types of groups ^_^

sorc
cabby
minist
bard
druid
healer
shaman
spiritmaster
chanter
menty
thurgist

hybrids if you prefer to play them (not the most desired but do fairly well)

reaver
champ

in my experience a well played champ can bring alot to the group with his debuffs.

i agree but there are only certain people who can play a hybrid to it's potential :) But if you rock at a class that's not on that list and it could fit into an 8vs8 group by all means play that class :) i kinda made the list because those are the most popular classes and will be grouped by everyone also i see a lot of "what should i play" on mord vn so i thought i would make a list incase anyone was intrested.


I did list the champ as a good hybrid though because of the debuffs and such.

Seems to me that a reaver would be among the best melee in the game now :P

My druid is a gm of the guild dissent, no clue who they are

Ya, I respecced her to buffbot rigth after the andred shutdown. some ppl had access to her I guess, and then changed my pw. I had to call and get my acct back. I was going to level something at one time, thats why she is a bot :)

Oh and btw, my druid is missing 2 pre nerf sc'able cloaks, has only 33 gold now, and is missing 544 gold worth of con... I dont know what else is missing, been so long since I played her
