Easy way to restrict access to this board. Have them make an account. Then tell them to send a tell to one of the board mods IN GAME with their account name. Then we know they are actually a Mid.

Or put the responsibility on the GM's of each guild to approve them as is done for some other forums. If it's the board mods, that could be a lot of work making sure the applicant is legit.

I will get the groups modified this weekend to accept multiple moderators, so all the gm's could be in charge of adding their people, however, we'll need one person (volunteered, or picked) in charge of adding the gm's.
