I have no problem with critism. But i don't like yelling or badgering. I critisize myself the most. I make mistakes, I learn. But being yelled at can bring the player down, and the morale of the group down.

You go to one server you got guilds A B C claiming to be the best
you go to server B you got D E F claim to be the best
Then you go to the euro server etc.
There like is no best just a bunch of players running around beating the snot out of each other.
Well maybe you can be the best if you
A beat groups with out a bot
B dont use radar
C dont run 3/4 tanks 2/3 healers etc
But then no one would ever be the best based on the above criteria
