I am not joining Desolate. They ask me every 10 minutes in game to join them and I have the same answer. BWC as long as BWC is on Merlin.

The second they find a shaman to replace me in their groups, I'm gone.

I just want RP PL for Sakkura and my 8man fix.

I'm quite sure Saabo is the same way as me. She'll go where I go.

Also, the reason why I wasn't logged on much last week was alot of project work, and RL issues (insomnia).

Also, their no Assjam rule makes for great in game manners. Despite the ownage, they dont get much flames. Hell, most of LV respects that rule and wont jump in on a fight. Less RP for them, but alot less complaints from both sides. Of course, this applies to PvP and not RvR. RvR anything goes imo.

This is a game. I'm all for people doing what they find fun. But I'd bring up Yana as an extreme example. Sure it's great she is "Myth 4 life", but since she never groups with her own guildies ever, whats the point? She may be tagged Myth, but she's not really myth IMO.

I do understand what you are saying because I like to run with Ascendacy when I'm in an 8v8 mood and I don't think there's anything wrong with that. Nowhere it says our only in game friends have to be in guild. But when I start dropping guild groups to join them, or when the guild needs me and I don't come, then I'm not fullfilling my obligation to you all as a guildy. The guild needs to be more to me than a chat channel or ML/artifact help. And I guess I would apply that same expectation to everyone else.

(None of this was a commentary on you. This is my general feeling about people running with friends outside of guild).

Agreed and Aens thank you for the post.

I think the next month or so is going to be an off month for BWC on Merlin due to RL, spring weather, and some Mordred time.

We are not moving, just saying, less people logging in at less times.

All I know is once frontiers is released Mid Merlin is where its at, no where else.

I'd love to see us run some BWC 8mans. But it's tough, because we usually don't have the optimal group makeup & tend to take any guildies LFG, and then when more BWC wants to join we'll form G2.

But, I remember some fun runs in emain with the swedes, and Odin's quite a while back.

Lets do it again

im all for 8v8. its the best kind of rvr there is as far as fun factor for the most part. its also the most beneficial for rp gains, but there are alot of people in the guild, and for some reason we have an extreme lack of... played noncasters and an overabundance of... casters, at least thats my opinion... and everyone deserves a group, no matter what class they play *shadowblades and hunters... maybe thanes....* but its always more difficult to compete when you have 4 casters 2 tanks and 2 healers, no skald and no shamans...

every does get into a group tho.. i been seeing BWC running with 3fullgroups of mostly BWC members... and the avg round the bout pick-up skald and what not.

yes we are large, but i don't see how anyone cannot be getting in a group if they put themselves out there.

yes, i can see how it can be VERY hard for SBs / Hunters, but heck if they just act like a tank type instead of a stealther type when in the group, then they will be able to keep up.

thats the only thing about stealther classes.. (i know i used to play one) they/we tend to hang back and scout out the MF's, and we/they don't really need a group to do that.

now i'm just babbling. =/

basiclly... if you put yourself out there when action is happening.. chances are you will find a group.
