Different board templates?

Red/black makes it too obvious I'm not doing work related material..

So I see there are more than 1 board-template/style options, yet selecting a different one doesn't do jack.

Its still the same obtrusive red. Any fix for this? :)
pink's dad and mom are conjoined at the waist.
