Here's a thought I'll throw out. Some of us are TOA whores more than others, and we get and level artifacts. And after some thought, I would encourage people to think about this when you make your template:
Get artifacts that have a group or realm affect, those are the difference makers.
Spear of Kings - Aura of Kings - 5% bonus to total hitpoints and armorfactor to ALL Realmmates within 1500
Crown of Zahur - Arcane Leadership: Target has improved spell range and ability to penetrate spell resists while within range of this aura. Bonus: 5%
Cloudsong cloak -Arcane Leadership: Target has improved spell range and ability to penetrate spell resists while within range of this aura. Bonus: 5% to realmmates
Healers Embrace Cloak - Wave of Healing: Heals targets within view of the caster. Value: 33% healed to realmates
Egg of Youth - PBAE rez. Works through walls.
DreamSphere - Group shapechange. Even nerfed this is great. They have to break mez to discover what class is underneath the panther costume.
Crocodile's Tears ring - Extends pulse spells to all nearby realmates
Traldors Oracle - Archmagery - Grants target 5% spell damage and 5% ability to penetrate target's resistances (land spells)
So when you guys are thinking about artifacts, get the ones that make us all stronger, it's a bigger bang for the buck.
