Kim is going to look into running a TS server for us.
If we get one, it will be mandatory to be on the TS server when we run gank RVR groups.
You don't have to speak, but at least listen.. Very important for keeping in touch vs. typing vs. fighting.

I'll have to second Ventrillo, MUCH less of a system/network hog, simplistic use, easy to run as a server on just about any OS. I had the server up and running within 5 minutes. Also it is the only one that doesn't care one bit about NAT'ing issues. At least, it was the only one this year. Teamspeak and rogerwilco specifically say they won't (and they were right).
Yes, they do work with NAT's, but if you had 2 people from behind a NAT coming into the server, only one could use it, or something like that. Don't recall exactly right now.
