I am posting it here just in case you guys don't know this already. Hib/Lance Scourn people know this, because I have enslaved them to be my PvE slaves to get me uber loot for my template. Please don't share outside of guild.. while some people know (maybe a lot... not that widespread on hib/lance), we don't need more people stealing our camps (like sons of creon camp).
Without further ado....
_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-
While this is all probably quite obvious to you guys, you will want to max out on the new ToA% Gear.
To give you an idea how how powerful they are, I'll give you 2 examples from my Enchanter and Druid on Lancelot.
1) I didn't do any official tests with before and after, but I did a log capture of Faughn's PBAE with 330 dex and +25% Casting Speed gear:
40 PBAEs cast in exactly 43 seconds. Damage dealt to Killets in 2 seconds: 693, 693. Then she died. (She's not spellcrafted yet). Still..... PBAE cast time of 1 second is bordering on ridiculous.
My baseline nuke fires at ~1.1 seconds per cast.
2) Druid now has +25% Casting Speed, +25% Healing Effectiveness.
What this does besides bringing my spreadheal cast time near 2 seconds, its really affected my spreadheal power hp healed.
Without any bonuses: 602 hp max per person.
With 2 power relics: 722 hp max per person.
With 2 power relics + 25% healing effectiveness bonus: 903 hp max per person.
So going from 602 hp, I've increased my heal efficiency by 50%. You think this isn't a big deal, but it also affect your instaheals. I haven't been able to test my max single insta HP, but I know its more than 1400 hp. Killets self buffed only has 1400

Now to answer where to get items these items...they normally sell on consignment merchants for tons of plats, but because you have uber l00t wh0re killets here writing the guide, I will enlighten you all:
1) Farm Eramai.
This piece of loot is on his loot table:
Both me and amy have this awesome sword:
arcanium Club of the Breeze (Midgard)/arcanite Elven Dark Dagger (or something like that) (Hibernia)
+1% energy resist
+1% spirit resist
+15 accuity
+5% duration of spells
+10% buff effectiveness
+10% healing effectiveness
This glows a very cool blue effect. He drops a ton of other cool shit too.
Lotta MP RoG stuff too. Just mentioning this weapon because its hard to find good weapons with +ToA% bonuses.
2) Farm the Sons of Creon (you just need 1-2 good healers, 1 pbae, 1 shield tank) - Warning.. you might be overwhelmed for your first pull. With a group of 4, we did aggro about 15 orange mob and 10 red mob. You might have a little trouble with this, but if you're uber, its very easily doable. We had puppets grab all our aggro, so obviously it was easy for us

Among their loot, they drop lots of +cast% belts, +cast% hammers/blades, +haste% armor, +cast% +power% gems. My main weapon is actually has +8% cast, 7% power, which I got from here. It is a jet-black weapon with a very intimidating red flame effect. Amy got a sword like this too. Most of the weapons like this will have identical effects from what I've seen.
3) Farm Kertom (you need just any solid group with 2-3 tanks 1-2 healers. pbt is very helpful).
Among his loot, are many many many wonderful staves with +cast% and full focus. I'm confident every 2-3 times you kill him, you will have 4 of these staves. To give you an idea, my enchanter has a vault of maybe 10 staves, with the one she's using now:
+10% fast cast
+3 all magic skills
+15af
+50 focus to all
And glows an awesome red color.
4) QUESTS QUESTS QUESTS!!!
Jashan's Brother (Need a small group.. maybe 3?)
Its a class specific BP, but for Cleric/Druid/Healer, its:
+9 acuity
+24hp
+6% buff effectiveness
+6% healing effectiveness
+6% casting speed
It helps to have your Mau faction decent for a few quests at least.
Snakecharmer's Weapon, Golden Scarab Vest... but most importantly:
The Wandering Ones (Need a partner probably. Gotta kill a few oranges at a time).
It gives you a class specific reward, but my Druid got:
Bastet Embossed Bracer
+12 Acuity
+6% Power Pool
+8% Thrust Resist
+6% Casting Speed
Shamans will get this bracer too. Not sure about Healers, but I'm pretty sure healers will too.
5) Lastly.. duhh... Artifacts!
Leveling artifacts is a royal pain in the fucking ass. But!!.. I have narrowed down your search for these pieces of shits.
- Scorpion Tail Ring. Scrolls are easy to get. Mob can be done by 3 people. 2 people + 1 bot

Level 0 Stats:
+6% power pool
+6% casting speed
Yay!! don't have to level this shit anymore! level 0 stats are great by itself!
If you want to level it out,
+6% power pool
+6% casting speed
+6 AF bonus (level 1)
+6% buff effectiveness (level 3)
+6% healing effectiveness (level 7)
Special Abilities:
Self Cure Poison (level 5)
Group Cure poison (level 10)
15min timer. It sucks.. I know. but its the other bonuses you want on this ring. They might change this ability too.. the cure poison isn't working correctly right now anyways.
- Healer's Embrace Cloak. Scrolls are easy to get. Mob can be done with 4-6 people, provided you have good CC, and not grouped with total noobs.
Leveling artifacts suck, and unfortunately, you have to level this one. The good news is... 1) Its easy to level (comparatively)! and 2) The abilities are very worthwhile!
Full stats:
+15 acuity
+15 dex
+40 hp (level 1)
+3% heat (level 3)
+3% cold (level 7)
+3% energy (level

+5% healing effectivenes (level 9)
Abilities:
312-468 hp single target instaheal (level 5) (there's a range on the HP healed depending your +heal effect gear and power relics!)
33% AE Heal! (level 10). This is pretty badass. It heals everyone within 1500 range approximately 600-800 hp. When I say everyone, it doesn't matter whose group they're in. Everyone gets a 600-800hp.
- Egg of Youth. Ok, I wasn't sure if I should list this here, since its not that easy to get. The encounter isn't hard, but its painful... doable with 8 people, we did it with 8 on Lance. Problem is.. you gotta knock down like 12 pillars WHILE engaging a level 65 purple harpy. If for any reason, someone stops engaging/attacking the named harpy, the pillars respawn, and they also become immune from attack. Don't bring rams. Its just stupid. 12 is too many pillars. (maybe its 9 pillars.. not sure). How hard is a pillar? Think level 4 keep door. You beat on it for a loong time. More people = much faster encounter. Our group of 8 took us about 25-30 min to finish it. Best way to do it is to bring all the pillars down to 1% health, then bring them all down at once to prevent any chance of them respawning.
The scrolls are a bitch too. They drop off those pieces of shit Naxos/Melos/Skyros mob. Like Naxos Marrow Mages.. which only spawn like 1 or 2 at a time ever, and have a shitty drop rate.
Why bother?
Easy.. +8% heal effectiveness, and AE insta-rez.
Too lazy to list the stats.
__________
anyways, that concludes the killets' lootwhore guide to primary healers and casters.
there's probably more shit for casters, but faughn (the chanteR) has her +cast% capped, so i haven't bothered looking for more.
