The guild house has been built.

Its Lot 1739 in Birkwith.

Its kinda cool we sort of have our own town

Please decorate the house with what ever decorations you want. Just do shift right click and click on store.

We have a bindstone, Healer which gives 25% discount, seige merchant and porters to uppland and aegirhamm, and guild vault. Potential consignment merchant until Mythic says they fixed their bug. (I don't want any complaints about no seige gear...you can get it there easy. )

You MUST download the Foundations patch. Its 55 MB.

You can also port from uppland and aegirhamm using the guild hearth scroll.

Paying rent- You can use Bounty points to pay rent. Purchase the guild bounty point medallion in the marketplace and put in the lock box. Currently the house is set for 4 weeks of rent. Its 200g a week.

Total price of home from guild donations was about 40 plat. Thank you everyone for their donations.

Please hang TG weapons on the walls. It doesn't take weapon out of inventory but makes a copy and you can hang it anywhere.

how much does BP convert over to gold for rent?

i have a ton of BP that i never used(don't know where to spend them) so i might aswell spend it on a reays worth of rent =).

so how do i do it?

i thought only rank 0s could pay rent in bp and that anyone 1-9 must pay in gold?

also how do i decorate? i know if i shift + right click in a house the mercahnt thing comes up so do i set a ground target for the item? and can i move it if the location isn't good?

As it stands right now, the guild house is as decorated as it can be. It seems that Mythic put a "limit" on decor items.

I sure hope they lift it as I wouldve liked to add alot more to the house than I was able to.

I logged on this morning...I was like where are my THRONES?!?!?! I found them upstairs later. Don't add or move anymore items to the house.

We should get some groups going to do some Trophy hunting in SI zones/Albion Frontier (Couple cool names mob in Snow/Pennine Mts.) while we go look and kill Albs.
