I would be most interested in a PvP server. I'm hoping BWC chooses one. I heard Fardamor say WoW may be a little too easy and I completely agree with him. A PvP server would deffinatly add an important element to the leveling there.

one grouping technique i really liked from ffxi was that you had 6 people to a group but could alliance with 2 other groups. The healers in all groups could see the hp on all players too. if any of you alpha people read this make it a suggestion i'm sure it's not a big deal to do this to alliance groups up.

the problem i forsee with WoW pvp is that the game is (as said by blizzard) primarily a pve game. with this in mind, classes will not be balanced around pvp but around pve which could lead to things like the bonedancer syndrome on mordred. the class is completely balanced in rvr, but when you put it into a situation that it is solo vs other solo classes its obviously overpowered (well, to an extent vs any class without disease). im interested in playing the game, but im worried about the implimentation of the pvp in it....

WoW is using very unique character ideas. The balancing of characters will be an on-going chore for the devs.

5 man groups in WoW worry me as well Quack. Needs to be 6+

I have a hard time figuring out what to do with this game. If they keep the groups so small, I doubt I even play. It becomes too much like work to even out 2-3 groups and coordinate them so that everyone gets the same xp or whatever. Just from people in my home town in SWG, we could get 15 person groups going.

I see PvP becoming like Darktide in AC, at least for a PvP server.
Venderic, Candide or Mercutio in games.

5 person groups would work awesome for me.

because i am antisocial and i hate all, and the only people who can stand to group with me are my bitches.

;)

if 5 is the max, that's probably just to limit the power of certain group spells. i don't see how they'd be able to get out of beta without implementing a better xp sharing system via battlegroups or something.
