Dragon raid or TG?

Early word is that 1.69 will start offering blunt versions via trade-ins for some of the bladed artifacts (such as battler)
This will make most of us who specced sword to 50 for ragnarok snare style obsolete since the best DPS for skalds is hammer spec.
This means that 1.69 will create a huge demand for single line respec stones, and/or full respecs.
I think we should have a TG raid very soon before it gets camped to high heaven when the patch notes are put live.
