so remember when i came back to merlin for a few days?
well, turns out, the day i told the lance folks i was taking a short break, they ditched scourn and joined TNO, the zerg guild of the server.

Now don't get me wrong, TNO is a fine guild, just not my style. But whatever. So I do my own shit, but these guys are not dependable as friends or anything at all.

Its only been 3 days, and I've already had 3 incidents

1) I form a group with dekz/qrak and another druid, but the second we leave, dekz and qrak bail to join the zerg. WTF.... so makes me and everyone else have to recruit another tank + druid for another 30 min.. couldn't even give us the "honor" of 1 run.

2) I talk to Contre and he's like, port over, we need another druid. So I get my ass to DL, its literally been like 10sec from end of conversation to me arriving in DL... and he says, sorry, no space for you.. we just invited another druid. my bad. WTF.. if i tell you i'm coming, shouldn't the spot be reserved already? kick the accidental invite then... but of course, all i get is "sorry".

3) I see zerxess/mourningblade, contre/puppets, dekz/qrak in Halls of Maati. I ask Zerx if they're doing ML5.. all i need is the last step of ML5.. He tells me no, they're only there to level their artifacts. Of course 1 hour later, I ask him what he's up to, and he tells me he just killed Ammut.
WTF indeed.

Anyways, I just wanted to vent a little. I formed a new 8v8 gank group on Lance yesterday, so I'm not hating lance.... just really displeased at the way these guys have treated me thus far, and I don't know if I'd want to play WoW if it includes them.

Maybe this hate is just heat of the moment, but I needed to vent somewhere. Seriously no respect for me or my time. I played support/bard/pbae for them whenever they needed help for their artifacts, and now that they're all ToA'd up, they give me this type of shit.

anyways, just real grumpy right now. maybe i'll lighten up later.

There is 8v8 on Merlin. I've been doing mostly 8v8 the past two weeks. We fight Aftermath alot which is Release on Lance I believe.

And we win more than we lose

3 healers, shaman, skald, 1 runie, 2 savages are very very tough I personally think it's better than the 3 savage makeup. Having that bubble helps against frickin annihilation. Did I mention I hate Annihilation?

Unfortunately, I have to go outside of guild too much to find a good balanced 8v8 group. BWC needs healers desperately. Unfortunately with the classes we usually have online, BWC is a zerg guild atm.

So come be part of the solution and be a overpowered, ae stunning healer!

I don't know much about the other 2 incidents, but the thing last night in Ma'tai was not planned. We were in there exping SoK, Egg of Youth, and Phoebus Harp. We went into the final encounter as 1 fg looking to check it out and suicide out of the dungeon. It just so happened that we got lucky and killed the final mob.

There was no intent to insult/snub you Killets.

And lets face facts. Any 8vs8 Scourn groups are a thing of the past. This was painfully evident before you took your vacation to Merlin.

I like the fact that I don't have to wait around DL for an hour to get into a decent group. It is true that TNO sometimes runs in 2 up to 3 full/partial groups, but that doesnt change the fact that RvR is as much fun as it ever was. (We took back our strength relic from alb with only 2 groups last week.)

The Incident with Contre was unfortunate, but he was not group leader and that kind of stuff happens. I apologized to you several times about the incident.

I don't know about the incident with Dekz so I won't try to comment.

I'm looking forward to playing WoW, hopefully with you. If you want to run with TNO, fine, I'll try to get you invites to the various thing we do, but dang, that whole part about helping on artifacts was a 2 way street friend.

yea man. i was seriously pissed last night. maybe short temper, missing ML5 raid earlier that day or whatever, but just the right buttons were pushed.

as for the pve crap, yea, it was a 2-way street, you guys helped me too.. except for the fact that if i didn't organize them for everyone, and run all the support, whether it was 2 druids, 1 druid 1 bard, 1 druid 1 chanter, dragging in a 3rd account on a bot, we'd be getting shit done at one third the pace i never ask for anything in return, i haven't glory seeked since andred (play offensive class).

but i mean seriously, 3 consecutive snubs (in less than 48 hours) and you start doubting that its just bad luck. like with the contre + rvr group thing, if i told you i was coming, and the group leader made a mistake, he can't apologize for the error, and invite the intended person? if you knew i wanted ML5, you couldn't have sent me a tell for a completely bg-able encounter? yea, you weren't there for the dekz incident, it was just dekz + tenchuu (another ex-scourn), but the only response i get is, "sorry, but we had a good time in odin's". why the hell tell me that, when we had a shitty time for 30 min replacing them?

not to mention i tell you guys i'm taking a short break from lance, i'm getting too stressed over loot, then literally, less than 24 hours time the whole guild leaves without sending me a message, or posting a message here, or the scourn boards. even before that, in the final days of scourn, y'all invite gannd without even a heads up. I mean, its fine that you invite someone, you contre and dekz can outvote me on any new members, but at least say, "we're gonna invite gannd by the end of the week."..

Anyways, those are my serious grievences... maybe time will heal all, maybe after a few days i'll realize how i've err'd in my ways and realized this is just like when rhuac was afk-leveling with us in cornwall on andred, he was really doing that because he loved us all, or maybe i'll find that i am overreacting, or maybe none of the above. but i better shut myself up before i dig myself into a deeper hole (since this is obviously just an emotional rant). but if in-game courtesy and respect only run as deep as your in-game guild affiliation is at the time, i will seriously have doubts moving forward.

i'll leave it at that, since i know how fickle i am, and will probably forgive later.., but there is reason to the madness

Has nothing to do with wanting to run with TNO. If I wanted to, I would have begged Cyce to let me in. I only wanted to do shit with "friends". I never beg for you to kick out your new guildies for me.. but when i form a group, i have zero problems inviting you guys (well, i had zero problems). when my groups ended, i messaged contre if he needed another druid, and he told me to come, except only to turn me away because he either didn't tell the group leader i was coming and wasted my time, or because you guys were too chicken to stand up for a friend as for the ML5 thing, yea, you forgot, shit happens, even i forget shit too. but i mean, even given the snubs, there are seriously more ways you can respect a friend than what i saw...

for dekz + tenchuu, they didn't even offer to do one run, so that i had time to recruit a replacement. you know damn well if i were in that situation i'd at least offer that, instead of the ninja leave the apologize after

for the contre group thing, when have i ever not had the guts to kick someone out of group because of a mistake...

and the ML5 thing, i mean it'd be fine if everyone else was adamantly against me coming, but the only respectable thing to do would be to tell me straight up that, "i asked, we're about to do so-and-so encounter, but cyce says you absolutely can't join us, even if you and your bot army can fight your way in".

there were a lot better ways to go about it, even if things weren't possible, than me getting a tell from contre after, "woot. we're uber, we just beat ML5 with 1 group", or me getting "sorry, but odin's rocked."...

not even counting the disrespect from the original snubs, those are straight up insults anyways, maybe you have a little more insight on why these 3 consecutive snubs were so infuriating. individually, i wouldn't really give a shit. even after the dekz incident, i still chatted you guys up, invited you guys if i had spaces in my groups, offered my help if you guys needed me (like for the contre incident).. snub after snub after snub... man...

Truthfully Killets, I miss what we had there for a short time on Andred. I think when you rely solely on your guildmates to keep you alive everywhere you go you tend to be a little closer nit...

I went back to Guin looking for that and it wasn't there, I found I didn't know all the new ppl in Vigilance, and then coming back to Merlin there's alot of faces I don't know... so I guess what I'm trying to say is...
