This is a game. We play for fun.

The guild as part of that game is supposed to be fun. We join to have fun and success and all that.

Once we start getting all negative on each other, or realm mates, it's not fun. Others see that and bail.

There's been way too much drama lately. We have lost members because of it. And us fighting with other guilds doesn't make BWC stronger, it makes us weaker even if it does feed our testosterone.

We need to chill. We need to promote FUN more than anything. Not to make things work or guilt people into doing stuff.

We need to group with guildmates, and we need to group with alliance members. Both things make us stronger.

If it's fun, BWC will remain strong.

Lets stop the flaming of others and just be above it all. Lets stop the fighting with TDA, it's totally juvenile. Lets quit flaming those that don't want to play the exact same way as us (in and out of guild).

If we hate and others hate us, it makes our jobs harder not easier.

Just go out and have a good time. Quit with all the judgements and bitching.

No one is losing their jobs. No ones wife/hubby are cheating on them. No ones family is in danger. This is a game. Arguing over and over in a game is pointless. EVERYTHING can be discussed but the important thing is to have fun. The people that left BWC did not feel like they fit in, nothing more. More will leave, it's part of gaming. Enjoy each day and everything pans out.

I miss you Uggy.. But I am just so god damn UBER in SWG I can't help myself.

Already Master Carbineer and Master Creature Handler. My crew owns Corellia - Coronet and runs all Rebels into the ground. Celes and I talked about me coming back to play my skald some or getting back on Phishbone where I belong soon. I am getting a little bored of SWG atm. I outleveled the server I think and now have nothing to do. All the Rebels have crappy gear, and one shotting someone in SWG is way too easy.

My class got nerfed already and will be getting nerfed more. So, at least one thing is the same as DAoC. Hahaha.

Josh makes very valid points. BWC has been around a long time now, and at times myself included felt left out for the more clicky groups that were formed or the so called UBER PVP groups. This is a game. I have to tell the 30+ people in my PA the same thing daily when they get all upset and fight with each other. Yes, we have goals and nobody likes losing. But the whole time you think of this and know it's still nothing but a game. Maybe a game some people would be better off taking some time away from 2-3 times a week.

There will always be this issue in whatever guild you are in. I have been on many top guilds on many servers. Dark Omen #1 MLF, House of Sagacious #1/2 MLF, Afterlilfe/Retribution #1/2 Mordred. All great guilds, all same internal issues as BWC. You can run to the flavor of the month RVR guild ideas and kick ass for a few weeks. But then it all starts right over again, fighting, bitching, boredom. The whole thing boils down to STFU and just PLAY! The GM's can't please everyone, they never have and they never will be able to. That's just the way it is. Just cause you are guilded with people doesn't mean you will like them all either. I didn't know half the people in BWC and I ran hard and strong for over 6 months with my 50 Bonedancer which Celes now Spellcrafts with. I self funded that whole crafting project without help from guild. I didn't bitch to people, I didn't beg and I didn't hate on people for it.

DRAMA unfortunatly is here to stay in games like this. SWG has brought out some bad egos for some of the guys I been gaming with for over 7 years now. When you think you are better then someone else in your guild, remember this one simple thing. "Someone else is better!". And no matter how you like it, if you don't work together you will always fail. Albs and Hibs are BWC's enemy, not BWC against BWC.

Chill out, have fun, take a deep breath. You will enjoy the game more.
