You can click and drag the icons off your hot bar and replace the spaces with new skills etc. I spoke with a dev. and they are deffinatly going to have a layered hot bar system. This will play as the most complicated and fast paced PvP game out there; if they can accomplish what they would like with it. I like what I see for now ~
