The PvP is and will always be shit. There is no way Blizzard can balance out PvP without taking away some of the class defining abilities. A good example of this is the insta cast fear that priests get. I will NOT be playing on a PvP server. My warrior is level 43 now and I can't even beat a priest 5 levels lower than me. I do consider myself a skilled player too.


I enjoy this game for the PvE encounters. Mindless ganking by 12-year old assholes is NOT my idea of fun. I don't need to be around ppl who have to prove the size of their virtual penis.


BTW my warrior's name is Rorvarn on the PvP server if anyone wants to look me up.

Hey, I've seen you around. I have a 47 rogue named Bruenar on alliance PvP, and a 50 warrior named Inch on horde PvP.

I like horde a lot better. The players are cooler, and you don't have to look far to get a fight because alliance has the numbers.

As far PvP being shit, I disagree. I've had some very awesome battles, and it's fun to kill someone that you know is a dick (after playing alliance 47 levels, there's plenty of people i want to kill).

Sure there isn't any reward system yet, but DAOC didn't really have any rewards either at first (it was over a year before you could actually spend your realm points on anything).

As far as your troubles with priets, they should be a little easier now that recklessness makes you immune to fear. So.. instead of never being able to kill a priest, you can now kill one every 30 minutes!
