Time for the Yearly F&R

Postby Tingtong » Tue Dec 27, 2005 7:02 am

Ahh Yes.. After a year long of joyous memories My 160GB Raid array silently beeped at me telling me he was all full. Now Yes I could uninstall and reorganize, but it was time to clear the crap the easy way and do Format and Reinstall! :D

I just got done downloading this Windows Vista (Codename longhorn) and I think I will give it a whirl this year. For you non-techies it's Microsofts Next-Gen Os In beta.

Has anyone played with it? Stable enough for a gaming platform?

Well I'm off to download new drivers and Hope I remember my forum password :P

Ting, I know you are much more adventurous than most of us however I think relying on an beta or MS release candidate OS as your gaming platform may result in difficulties satisfying your gaming fix!

I was an MSDN subscriber and do remember at least one stable candidate release in the past ... Win 98 LOL. I ran that cleanly about 3-4 months before actual release and had no issues.
