Multigroup XP spots

I have a question. I'm great at finding spots that cap out players <45th level if you only have 1 group. Ironwood dungeon is great, tons of drops and no one ever there, so huge camp bonus. It is honestly better than the common spots.
What I don't know are multi group spots that do the same. Yeah, Iknow of bar raids, but more than 2 groups and it stops capping players, and one decent group can take em anyways. I am completly willing to lead more raids (altho on spur of the moment deals) for xp to help folks out, as long as it doesn't totaly kill the xp for our group too.
SO, a few things this weekend I will be doing, probaly just with the jax group, is explore trollheim outside of the bar area. I like to wander lots, and find that the commonly excepted spots aren't always the best. I also will hit TG, on the small group xp spot there. Fast spawn is the key.
Oh, I hate malm, yes it is great, especialy for leveling <45th. But man, did that so much on andred, I don't wanna see the ugly brown area. Hib shredders are ok, but more than a group getting the XP, and honestly it isn't so great.
Keep in mind my times are EST, and I don't put up with whining at all. I play to have fun and joke around a ton, but when someone whines about xp rate when they are leeching makes me wanna reach through the screen
Odds are I won't start anything until next week, but I know folks like Tavs and Oobie need some leveling.
Oh, that leads to another thing, I have STRONG preference to helping primaries over alts. I will go out of my way to work with characters leveling up their mains, but not the same when you are leveling an alt. If there is room and it doesnt hurt folks working on their mains, then great. But I do feel an alt of a 50 already should be dropped to make room for someone with a <50 main. Altho someone like Celest/Helenae makes throws that out the door, since I met her on Andred she has always gone out of her way to help any newb who seemed to fit in well with the guild. And the thing is with her, she's the type who would drop her alt to make way for a main.
Anyways, let me know what you guys think. Also, outside of tavs/oobie, and jaxers, what other folks are there with their mains below 50?
