As long as you have the CE you will be in at the headstart. The first 50k that enter their CE codes will have the chance to get into the preview weekend stress test. So no worries.

Everyone who preorders will get into the HS, the 50k people are for Standard Edition Pre-orders to get into the Preview Weekend that is happening before OB.

What if you pre-ordered the regular edition and never got the codes???
I'm still an elder...so I have access up until 9/15 w/e.

Depends on who you got the codes from, there's been a lot of complaints from people who pre-ordered from Gamestop. They've been giving out CE codes to SE customers, giving only some codes and not all, or just not giving people their codes at all. There's been a few others but don't know all the companies.
Unless you ordered from one of the companies that there's been mass complaints about, Mythic will just tell you that you need to take it up with whoever you purchased it from.
