welcome to the new alliance

Posting this as a welcome to the new alliance to BWC, CON, Evolution, and CQ.

We hope to be adding new quality guilds as the ones that are already in the system.

Rules and highlights will follow.

In the meantime start new threads/polls/topics for alliance events, RVR, and any problem events.
