PVP Groups and Officers

I am pretty quiet most the time, but I feel It is time to throw in my 2 cents for whatever it is worth. 
I have been trying to get pvp groups up as much as possible.
I have and will change the group to raid if we get more than 5 people.
It is not about CPS or zerging for me. It is about playing with guildies and working together.
We have had some fun runs recently( I didnt lead all but i was there) -
Roamed BS and BRM
Roamed WP/EP
Camped the boat
The best so far we held the Alliance tram hostage for over 2 hours!!!!
Most of the runs did not net us the most CPS, but I had and I think all that were there had fun.
I hope everyone that PVP's can get out and include everyone.
As far as Officers in this Guild I think that some of us need to start respecting their postion. And with that they will be given a chance to step up and lead. I also hope that they start getting things going as much as possible be it pvp or pve.
As far as me, since I am ducking already from the incomming flames.
I am not the best leader once things are up, but I am good at getting people together.
For those who do not know me< I was an officer In Damon and Gm for over 2 years. I help put together one of the best non-leet pvp guilds in Hib.
We built from mostly pve and to mostly pvp by including every 50 that wanted in. And everyone played for the guild. Which means dropping groups to join guild group. Dropping players to include guildies first.
Helping whenever you had spare time, but no one was expected to.
Lastly I am NOT pointing fingers at anyone, I am trying as I think my play shows, to hopefully help make things a little better.
