Mine are since patch. They don't skill up as "orange", but they all appear orange in the list.

I'm getting reports that most people don't have this issue, but wanted to see if any of you do.

Are either of you using Cosmos? Perhaps it's UI-related?

My alch alt is having that issue. I've checked most of my other crafters and they seem fine. I have several UI mods up and at first I thought it might have something to do with that (the Reputation calculator is jacked when you click on it, but works when you disable to UI), but I disabled all my UIs to test it out and it is still orange.
