Wow I didn't know that armor worked in shapeshifted form, i'll have to give that a try.

wtf do druids get an insta heal? that guy can heal himself to almost full with one spell that is either insta or super short cast..........i wish my HEALER could do that

He was using Nature's Swiftness for those instant heals.
