One weapon that is not included on this list is the 2.4 speed 16.2 MP hand axe from the anscestral secrets reward. I believe it to be the best off-hand damage-over-time weapon in the game.
Now if I could get my hands on a 4.2 speed MP 16.5 1H axe... /drools uncontrollably
