Nice, we should all find a server once open beta starts, (I'm sure they are going to wipe closed beta characters anyways for open) and all play there together (pvp of course).

I think we should take another vote on the pvp vs. regular server to see who wants to play where. I don't see any advantage to playing on a pvp server when there will be pvp on regular servers too.

PvP servers are nothing but frustration if you ask me.

Fard, if you think thats the way to go I am good with that.

I just want to make sure PVP can happen on the regular servers.

As of yet no one is really sure how PvP will be on regular servers as they have yet to implement the battlegrounds. I hope they do soon so we can see if it will be good enough to satisfy the PvP in all of us.

It's looking more and more like the battlegrounds may be put in post-release.

I agree Fardomar. There is a lot of content already in place and it doesnt look like they are going to rush Catacombs out. I would have loved to have checked it out early and got a feel for it.

It totally depends on how Blizzard impliments PvP on normal servers. I don't want to only be able to PvP normally (normally meaning I can attack anyone in the area without them already having to be in PvP mode) in the Battlegrounds or the Arena. That makes the entire PvP system of the game too Emain-esque and it gets very drab after a few goes.
