Why the fuck are we still inviting people?

I am very close to stop power leveling people. Seems another round of level 10-40 people have joined, from where I don't know.
Once the Jax Crew, Candide, Cthulu, etc.. are close to 50, I am done with leveling, and will run a weekly raid, thats it.
Just my 2p, NO MORE PEOPLE, if you have friends, put them in CON if not level 45 or higher, imho.

It's your choice to pl them or not... but just because you invite someone in, doesn't mean you are obligated to PL them..
Not a very leadership-ish attitude either...

Gun, I dont think we have invited any strangers into the guild. I personally haven't invited anyone into the guild since I have been been back. Seems all the new recruits have someone to vouch for them (although I have no clue who Imihar and co. are).
Fuck PLing. If you want to PL your close friends, send them a private invite and tell them to go /anon. I see how people swarm all over PL sessions, it's like stink on shit. Keep the groups small, and they will level twice as fast. Summoners hall can be done with 1 group easily.

No idea who Essyr is but that Menga guy is on me. I personaly remove around 30 characters a week so have no idea what you fo0kers are doing. PL my alts and give me shin3y things, weeeeeeeeeeeee. Also I know we give each other shit in game Super but I don't blame you. You have done more than your share for the guild.
Let's agree to a hard stand of no more invites under level 45 wether we know them or not. I finally have the roster under 120 consistently and still would like to see it closer to 75. Also there is a ton of alts not moved to CoN. We show 110 ish members and 160+ characters.

Essyr came over from guardians of Wyrd. He is lvl 50, cool , and has a 900+ AC and 900+ tailor. I talked it over with the officers who were on.. Cry being one of them, and we decided to invite him. He seems a good guy. Whats harm can be done?
