1). Get out of the BG's and TOA until homeland is clear. Then do what you want. But care about your realm.

2). Be willing to zerg. So many players consider themselves above it. Sometimes a zerg is necessary.

3). Bring siege without being asked. Lots of siege. Particularly if you are a tank.

4). Much respect to these new people that are trying to lead, but I miss our old ones.

5). Too many BG leaders set. Whenever Drutt, Zinxx, Dawgma, Celest, and Bulor are online they are all set to BG leader out of respect and for ego's. Thats silly. Pick one leader, two at the most, and the others can set a good example and follow.

6). Everyone try to enforce discipline in your groups. When groupmates are chasing and not supposed to be, support the raid leader by telling them to get back.

only 2 ways....

1st way(hardest): rally mids. be a total nazi leader and lead them to a complete victory over Hibernia.

2nd: PVE whore time. Lose all relics and try and keep as few people out of the frontiers as possible. once albs and hibs start fighting each other we can pick a realm and MDK(murder/deathkill)

I prefer 1, but it will involve some serious coordination. I.E. thread from one of the MAIN leaders(celest/gundorf/etc..) for a time and place raid.

We should all meet in vind and go anon as well. maybe invite a few other guilds outside the alliance and then early one saturday morning we do an old school BWCa relic raid. the raid will gain momentum as we go, but our BG should remain closed execept for /as members.

A new bg could be formed by all other alliances to go and take OTHER keeps. screw our keeps. screw our relics...just totally demoralize the hibs/albs. once they see and fear the mid zerg again they will not take us for granted.

There is no need for more then 1 or 2 bg leaders. I will tell ya I am on TS when Havvoc gets made one. He is always shocked when he is made one. I think most will understand. First come first serve IMO unless you are asked to help. Which I am sure will happen.

Start setting standards for defense. In the old frontiers there was specific things all of us allways did. AKA rally points. (I have more ideas on that but won't do a 17 paragraph Granz post.) When people say that such and such keep is on fire on the map tell the whole BG to ignore it and keep on with what you are doing. Only the BG leader changes the plan. And make it clear when you do. If a BG leader messes up and gets everyone killed no other leader of this realm says anything harsh to her or him over that BG. (Actually I shouldn't say realm I should say everyone talking here. Never will get the whole realm to do it.) NEVER! Does that happen. We all have messed up on Defense and Offense. I know some of you have been there for mine. I ushually say "opps sorry guys".

Remember opinions can be given in tells too. Thats how we did it in the old days.

I don't understand where we lost all of this. I never experienced problems like we have the last few weeks in the old frontiers. I have had every single one of the leaders mentioned in this thread join one of my BGs back in the old frontiers and never had a problem. We need to return to basics...

I agree with everything Joshll posted too. Hence why I said some same things. :)

Remember everyone... There is some serious problems with NF that alot of people don't like, myself included. So don't be too hard on yourselves rallying is going to get tough. Just need to show them some wins without flame fests in the BG's and we will be ducky.

It's very discouraging to see fights brought out in the /bg's and to be losing sooo badly. Have your 1 or 2 raid leaders and the other leaders of our realm in a cg, voice and argue there not in the open public bg....dont show others your dirty laundry. Keep the pushing and encouraging out of alliance chat and work within your alliance on a guild leader to leader basis, let the gm's handle things not your followers handling things in the /as, people will typically respond better to there gm's rather than some loud smart mouthed kid in /as. When people holler lfg, get them in a group as quickly as possible, this is also another one of your duties as a raid leader like it or not. I've heard too many complaints that people will be lfg for hours in our homeland defense and of course leave and not return for awhile because of that reaccuring issue. Have more patience when leading raids, I've seen a couple of times people putting down others that are TRYING to control and learn the ram...well wtg fook face, think theyll ever try again...many wont. And dont forget this is a fooking game not rl, if you must vent and yell get a life and quit looking for a virtual gf.
