BGs

Should we start opening up alliance only BGs? then the leaders of the BGs get in a cg together? That would help the bg leaders manage people b/c they would be in smaller units.

How about alliance CG's, but be in the main homeland bg?
While I like the idea of a smaller more organized group being able to coordinate, NF is about zerging, and we flat out need to bring a huge zerg sometimes.

first we must bring back unity to OUR alliance. once people see WE are strong and unified and how WE pwn they will follow suit, and start listening to orders.
Lead by example. It always sucks at first b/c you sem arrogant or rude, but in hte end everyone agrees, and asks to join your as/gu
Myth/Redux/GoTW/Rave must all do the same.
This will also define who the real leaders are. once people see these leaders and recognize them(or the old ones get respect back) things will start running a bit smoother.
remember big may be the answer, but you have to start small first.
Clean your house before you try and clean the neighborhood.
