Mids are hurting badly atm and i personally wouldn't want to have to put up w/ the crap i see going on trying to lead in NF

Thanks for doing this guys! Personally I think this will be better if we can get people to come here. If we could get some other people in here from other guilds that would be super! I will post it on our boards also. Have you decided who is going to be allowed in? And is this general public or are we private?

Once you tell me who is allowed in here I will put it up as the amotd for Redux alliance and post it on our forums. And tell them the requirements.

I will tell Zinxx about this once I see him. I have not been playing very much so I have not seen him for a few days.

I dont' think this forum should be open to all. It will just be an invitation to take flaming from VN to here.

Flaming/ lack of respect seems to be a big a problem as anything we have to deal w/ atm. I'm tired of seeing not only how our best leaders treat one another but how that now has trickled down more and more to the rest of the mids

We flame each other in BGs and don't give any leader ( known or just stepping up to try to help) any respect whatsoever and it's sad.

Why should anyone bother even trying to lead w/ the way we treat one another

I know we're all frustrated w/ the way things are going atm..but we need to learn how to work together now or we'll never have a chance of recovering

It would be best to limit the users to GMs or alliance leaders only and any info that needs to be passed on can be done on our own boards

That's up for discussion, however, if it is decided to be private, you will have to pick someone to be in charge of putting them in the usergroup for access, and making sure they are who they say they are

this should be private for middays only imo but i see everyone that's a member here and that's a lot of names to go through

As for the flaming I am just hoping it will stop.

Time will tell. I can tell you Redux will not start anything in any BG's. If they do let me know and I will address it.

I am not a huge believer that there needs to be 5 leaders in a BG I think that has created problems. I really don't care who is there leading new or old. Having more then a couple leaders is confusing and something we never did in the past. With the changes of NF I have not even once been a BG leader. Zinxx has done it most of the time. We talk on Teamspeak when we are playing anyway. We have been only having him do it for name recognition and less confusion. Since NF is a confusing thing. When you have 5 leaders in a BG even I don't know who to follow. There is conflicting orders most of the time.

I think until we can allow one or two people to lead we will have problems. And it shouldn't always be the same people if people are willing to give it a go. But that is just my thoughts. The game is new again and people want to lead. I lead defense alot in the old frontiers. I will stay out of the leading role totally for right now unless needed. That removes one person from it. I think we have plenty of people to do it just need to let them.

I think Mid only as well. If it would be easier for the mod then GMs/officers only.

I agree that this forum should not be public. My preference would be that it only be GM's and officers, or just alliance leaders as that would cut down on the spam as well as the multitude of messages. Let's the leaders lead and trust their experience and ability to pass needed information back to their guilds.

I too have been taken aback by the lack of respect for the BG leaders. If someone is willing to take the reins and lead, let them. Their experience and success will show whether they're a good leader or not. The extra spam and in-fighting just tires us all out and leaves a bad tast for RvR. If a leader says "charge" we do it. If we die, we come back, but we need to trust that the leader knows what he/she is doing.
