The WoW website has been updated with the prelim PvP info. Its written so vague and I can't even come up with a situation that makes any sense.

For anyone that misunderstood me as anything other then GOD; you may now beg for my pity. I told you PvP was coming...what I don't know is what is coming but it is a safe bet I will know before Blizzard says anything.

it means.. you can kill someone, hide, then turn off PvP after 5 mins, and emote the hell out of the person you just killed.
