I'm done with Lineage2

As the title says I'm done with this game. Not for the reasons most would think, however. I really didn't mind the leveling grind at all. I work from home so I can play any amount of time I want. It's all the cheating and exploiting that is/has been going on and allowed to continue into retail by NCSoft. Plus when I play in the late mornings early afternoons I feel like I am in Chinatown, NYC sometimes. I really wish they would have blocked Asian IPs just like they blocked north american IPs from the Asian servers.


But the main reason is that NCSoft is all talk and no action when it comes to these exploiters. I mean christ I see ppl running around with top C-grade stuff already.


I went through all this bullshit with another Korean made game called Redmoon. They had a north american server which was totally overrun with asians too. They did nothing but cheat/exploit and nothing was ever done about it becuase there was NO north american dev team. Just like Lineage2. NCSoft could give a rats ass about these servers.

I hoped, foolishly, that all this would change into retail. Sadly, it hasn't. Lineage2 could have been an awesome game for BWC.


Here's hoping WoW comes out sooner than later.

Yea I hear yea, but I wouldn't get too upset though. It's a new game and all they are doing by exploiting is trying to make a fast buck. I think the gameplay is still fun. They might be ahead and in C grade shit but thats cool with me... Them selling their D grades in town only make the economy settle down a little bit. I tend not to think of what other people are doing compared to me, I set goals and keep playing... and if i find a bot I get it killed and take his shit I do think NCsoft doesn't give a rat's ass about bots though... I petitioned and waited 8hrs just to get an auto-mated messgae saying "Thank you for your submission"

If you do decide to quit could you maybe give me your stuff? I'm poor and i'm Tingtong thats not cool

i remember when UO economy crashed caus eof exploit
it is sad and will destory a good game (diablo 2 too)

I am not playing L2 either simply because finishing school and finding a real job is more important than playing that timesink from hell...a shame to because it is really a fun game...
