We have removed Div and Div Grace due to a non player membership in those guilds.
Also, Gatecrasher is an crafter alt guild for the alliance.
We are still looking to add active RVR guilds to the alliance, let the GM's know.

i see no reason to keep CQ around, Godorn is a good person, but hes moved on, as should we. As for F, they are active and maken a come back imo, im seeing more F on everyday so.

F is around. I think they are just suffering from what many others are suffering from. Being left behind on the ML/ToA curve and lack of enthusiasm.
Alliance is getting small again.
What should be the focus of new guilds joining? What are we looking for?
RP totals to boost alliance image (and statistics)
Competant Large number guilds (to boost our manpower)
Impressionable guilds (to act as a kind of farm team guild)
Either way, /gc who alliance never has more than 40 L50's on. Even with 100% turn out, it leaves us far short of an effective RvR force.
Not to mention 100% Turnout is an impossibility based on the divergences of goals of guilds in the alliance (as mentioned as part of the RP totals option).

We are european player in XII and when nothing is up like homedefence or RR we run in emain like other guild. We are up if you need us for anything, last week we help for home defence 3 times. We are a small guild of friends and actually we are leveling shadowblade to do a stealther force to help in scouting and keep taking.
At the week end we play 8 hours per day and in week 3 to 4 hours a day. If you want us to do more for alliance please keep us informed and we join you.
