BWC/Myth alliances

As I mentioned in my prior post, there is a bit of problem with BWC and Myth alliances.

Last night was just a confusing night. (Sorry not in Vegas but I'm going to Reno this weekend :) )

Drutt and I argued for like 1 hour last night. Mostly because BWC members go off and do their own thing when Drutt is leading a raid. Ok I don't blame you guys. Most of you guys been here for a long time to know Drutt is a long-winded person who just doesn't get the flow moving in a raid.

However, I think its the perception and respect issue.

I received many messages from other members in the realm who are confused about Myth/BWC alliances. Drutt announced in his /as and another cg that his alliance won't have anything to do with us. If you lead a realm raid and half of your members are off somewhere else, would you get mad and pissed off?

A better example: Super is leading a raid in either realm. Lets just say we have 60 people on the raid and 20 of those are Myth and their alliance members and they go off and do their own thing? Do you think Super would be mad? Maybe...maybe not.

The perception out there is that we "use" myth alliance members for our own benefit and we disrespect the leaders because we're doing their own thing.

Understandably, BWC has quality members and leaders. We all know nothing can't really stop us. I'm just asking for a moment that we step back and remind ourselves there other people in this realm and we show them the same respect as we do with members in our own guild.

nods in complete agreement....

....but.... One of the biggest problems I have is how long it fucking takes them to move! It drove me nuts when I was in that guild. Freaking drutt will make 60 people wait while one person who fucking bound in GNA rides their horse all the way back to uppland. And they do it with the best intentions but it's a hella lot of standing around! I remember Drutt going to the store to buy cigs while we all stood stuck to him waiting to move to the next keep. Thats crazy!

There is a real big difference when Super gathers people up and gets ready to move and when drutt does. Super seemed to have a short attention span like me. ;)

If I have to stand around waiting 30-45 minutes for the zerg to move, sorry, I don't want to even play. I don't play this game to stand around. I am a 38 year old with ADD.

So someone also needs to explain that point to him. I'll give it a go since I feel so passionate about it.

OK, I talked with havvoc/zinxx who is the other GM and he said this is the first he has heard about people having issues with the way we cooperate.

I'll try to talk to Drutt when he is not in the heat of things, but I think you have to chalk this up to yet another of his overreactions.
