Tingtong INC will we grabbing a guild house the SECOND the server goes Live. (If you have ever seen the movie Far and Away, It's gonna be JUStT like that ) Were taking the town thats a 20sec run from the main entrance. One of my fellow guildies thought I should buy a town but what I REALLY want is our alliance houses right next to each other. This will make raids SUPER easy. Our fellow guild crafters LOVE the consignment merchant as well. I guess what I need to know is how many Gm's in this Alliance want a Guild House. I will buying the property's all around our house to leave a nice clean (less cluttered look around our house) I will hold these deeds and sell to any guild that wants a spot next to ours. If you could respond BEFORE tuesday that would be great.

I'm looking at property near Jervaulx, in Erikstaad. Its by the Marketplace for consignments. Close to Mularn passage and its on a small lake

Hehe I can get the money together but really am not the person to chose a location. Eirene do you want to head up that project? I don't think e have prices yet but I'll post for donations as soon as we get some. I'm sure Ting's pad will be pretty nice with the cash you guys get crafting and such .

You can use guild bounty points to "pay rent" on the guild house/self bounty points on regular home.

I have a mansion in Hibernia. I would love to see a mansion-type house in midgard (Please let me know where I can see one). Mansions are 4 levels + a basement. The Hookpoints are a bit bugged but if we can get 4 vaults in the basement; healer next to bindstone in basement; Uppland porter and seige merchant on 1st floor; Jord and Aegir porters on second floor; 3-4th floors with a high lvl crafting material merchant and forge and alchemy table. Consignment merchants to sell our wares outside. I think that would be a pretty good layout for guild home.

what i plan to do.. is buy a lot.. place a small home.... and sell the lot+home to needy players for real cash=)

We're discussing a guild house for MDoM .. i think we might try to get one. unfortunately noone knows how much they will cost yet.

I have 25,000 bounty points that can be used for guild housing.

Once you have a lot, there are literally thousands of things you can buy. Here are the prices for the "big ticket features":

Cottage deed, 1 platinum (1000 gold)
House deed, 10 p (10,000 g)
Villa deed, 50 p (50,000 g)
Mansion deed, 100 p (100,000 g)

The rent costs per week of the houses are two percent of their initial cost, which works out to 20 gp, 200 gp, 1pp, 2 pp in weekly rent based upon these prices.

All other items that you purchase will be priced as marked and will not have any upkeep costs.

Here are some of the things you can add to your home:

MYTHIC is officially on drugs after looking at that price list and the reverse auction lot depreciation concept. Looks like nobody will be buying lots for at least a week or so lmao with 95PP starting price ... depreciates 12PP/day until bought (not sure what lower limit is).

We are in the town in Arkleside House #1760 Lot#6 If you grab speed from hastener run DIRECTLY south for 20 seconds and you will hit our house. It will be OPEN TO ALL!! WE will be having our house warming party today so stop buy and buy a peice of furniture and place wherever you would like We are broke from our 200pp purchase and any housewarming gifts would be well appreciated hehe...

If there are still lots available when the prices get reasonable i might stretch to a small house of some sort for myself...

Doubt Dragon's Legacy members can afford anything as a Guild atm, but lets see what cash we can stump up

We will have healer, bindston, teleporter to SI and Savas, Grand Merchant, Alch Merchant SCing merchant, Lathie, Forge, and Alchemy table. Consignment merchant wil be up as well. Should be easier for you to pick up and purcahse all your crafting orders as well.

We look at it as an investment. Easier to sell our stuff, save money on healer, quick transport to either area, 4 vaults for the guildies and a cool place to keep our alts with orders so we can log in and hand over to you while you are porting back to rvr without ress sickness.
