I think we need to trim guilds from our alliance. I log intoday, myth alliance has a homeland cg up, there are invaders in our realm, we are down at least one fort, we have 20+ level 50s in the alliance online and there is not one person in the alliance in the cg till I announce who has it. then after that niki is the only person to join. I think we need to boot 3 guilds as an example.

Remove Clan 519 is the easy choice but honestly Ting Tong has been just as bad. Who else you thinking? The only guild out of the alliance RvRing worth a shit is IDE50. Two guilds named XII Fulminatta and Fenris Blood seem to have that hunger you talked about Amit, but you never can tell how long a small guild will last. All 3 are already allied with Myth or Fellowship.

I have a suggestion =)
instead of picking a few guilds outright.. give a 2 week advance annoucement, not saying any guild names.. but annoucing that the BWC is going to overseer the actions and productivity to all the guilds within the allieance.. in order to clean up our ranks.

A few things would come from this..
A: Overall increase in the other guilds activity iin RvR
B: Filter out the good guilds from the leechers
C: Alliance improvement as a whole for 2 solid weeks =)

I think Tingtong is just a crafter guild, and will only come out when we do RK's. He used to come out alot, not anymore.

MDOM and their newb guild, well they do ocme out but are Euro's leave them.

Denied and Choir are good.

Evo, no clue.. seem to be different across the board.

LOF need to stay, as does DW as they just joined.

Dominion is small and only have 3-4 contributors.

We could remove <F>, Ting and Clan519, but I have no clue why Clan519 was invited.

CQ actualy scored well for only 9 players and RvR 100% of the time. They also field some good players.

This is a good idea. It will make MDoM choose between us or another alliance. Very nice people and a few good gamers but really more of a PvE/Crafter guild. Let's remember it is ok to be different types of guilds but we are looking for certain types to help us in the alliance.

I think your right the minor danes can go and the mighty ones too if they want to as well as F. Then give the rest a week or 2 and see what happens.

Amit where r u . Everyone misses you bro but I held some things down yesterday in your absence. OK Minor Danes, CoN and Clan519 were removed. I am hoping Minor Danes step up and for a PvE alliance with CoN. I also thought this made the Minor Danes removal fair. Evolution is all but broken up. Wentor want in LV and the rest of the guild is just open for people to join/leave. It is not being managed and is about 3 days away from my bo0t!
