Since i installed the open beta a couple days ago, I haven't been able to make a new account.

If I fill out the form, I keep getting "We're sorry, there has been an error. Please try again!"

none of the help links seem to work. I have my planetside key from gamespy, but I don't remember entering it anywhere. What the hell is going on?

Do u have a station account? If not make 1 here http://planetside.station.sony.com/ its free.

After u enter ur username and pass on the launcher (same as the station username/pass) u have to click subcribe and enter the key u got from gamespy. Sly posted a link to the planetside forums with all the details but that message is no longer on the boards :huh:

yeah, that was my problem, i coudln't make the station account. it turned out to be an issue with that comp after installing some iffy software. I got my account, but it's too late to register for beta.

YOU NEED TO UPDATE TO THE NEW EXPLORER. thats what i had to do
