Who picks alliance guilds

Just curious as to who decides which guilds join alliance and which don't. Is it strictly BWC officers?

Yes. No one else have expressed any interest or opinions. I assume most of the alliance gets the basic vibe here in BWC. We are really lax about shit so come forth with ideas, criticism, opinions etc. We will entertain almost any idea worth our time.

i believe all can see the membership section right? so feel free to speak strongly for or against guilds and people, we dont want a guild that others dont like, and maybe there are some you guys love but we dont know that well etc
