Patch downloadable?

can you download the patch stand alone?

Not sure but I can't get the patch at all. Last night I finally managed to get in game before they took the servers down to patch. Since then, I keep getting an error that says "Client side does not match server side. Please repatch" Unfortunately, the launchpad doesn't download the patch or even seem to recognize that it needs to. So once again I'm out for now
