First of all, with the first statement about SuperHelix being admin. YOU removed him. I questioned it, because I would have liked to have been notified when you gave away administrative access, so I can make backups incase things get messed up accidentally (you have messed it up a time or two yourself)... I didn't remove him, you did.
As far as your bro is concerned. He left. He submitted his resignation and said he would never come back in the interest of gaming. Therefore he should not need administrative privileges, and access to all forums. The disappointment came from the adminning of your brother, and the convenience of your brother hosting the new domain, and the log files showing the images being directly downloaded one by one (all conveniently timed together).

In summation, I have done EVERYTHING that was asked of me. If you asked or requested it, I tried my best to do it.
You're doing nothing but sticking up for your brother law. I gave up on him, because I wasn't going to be used. Your brother is not trustworthy, and I wasn't going to spend the tremendous amount of time working on a project, in which he says thanks and disappears, trying to make money off of my work.
There is no "tugging the site away". I tried to do everything for BWC. But I will protect my work. I can't understand how you think it's ok for you to just take all the work I've put into it, and cast me aside, and when I mention it, think I'm trying to claim the site. But oddly enough, you still claim everything. So how is it right for you to be possessive but not anyone else. More or less, it seems rather you are trying to tug the site away... Making it yours... Mr. Hypocrite.

I had neither the 'know how' or 'knowledge' the boards were copied Barbos. You were always given props on the work you did on the BWC forums (especially by me). No board wars, just my piece for everyone trying to contact me ~

I still don't know the relationship between Barbos, law, law's brother and frankly it isn't my business. It sounds to me like there are some control issues here. But, here is my stance on this issue though. BWC never came to me and asked me to do this site, in no way did they send me any files. This site was recreated by me. Took me a few days to get all the mods down but I finally got it. So your "work" wasn't stolen and mirrored it was rebuilt. The only thing I grabbed was your icon's. But they could of been re-done in photoshop. It sounds to me there is a lot of backstabbing going on here and frankly I'm neutral on the subject. This alliance needed a way of communicaion and I took the initive to rebuild the site asap. One thing I have to add though, If BWC came to me and told me that they wanted to move the site to their own domain I would have no problem giving them the files for them to host it. I think it's as much BWC's site as it is mine, they spend as much time posting then I did working on the site.
I admit when the site got yanked and that drama was posted I was furious. I have no grudges against anyone and I hope things will get worked out.

I have no knowledge about mirroring any sites...BWC, Nameless, Boylove Inc. etc. I do not know computers or hosting and leave that to you computer geeks skreeching bianary at each other. The idea that I was in some conspiracy to do anything with the boards is almost as laughable as Rhiandras ignorant but prodictable stance in that one sided conversation. Barbos and my bro had sites they ran together and probably have a better idea about each others computer tendancies then I do. There really is nothing more to it. The struggle seemed to leave me as the odd man out and is entirely gei.

I can honestly say the boards were recreated from scratch as I was ignored for 4 days while he worked on it. 
This site is just like our site only it needed to be changed to fit the way the old site looked.
I do not care what happened between you guys but going to the forums and seeing the main page informing that the site is gone, Laws admin is gone was like a big FU to all of us who use it regualry for the alliance as well as I am sure for the guild.
If any BWC members have a problem with us hosting it I would hope they would go to Tingtong and tell him. He worked so hard for the good of the alliance not for himself.
If BWC has a domain which they paid for and the space/hosting site which they paid for I am sure tingtong would be happy to uplaod it there. Or if you have someone who knows how to manage and run the site I am sure he would be happy to work with them to get it there. Our site is paid for by us and is a ad free site as well. We had alot of extra space and it isnt an inconvenience for us as our guild boards use the same plan.

I first want to state that the conversation between Barbos and I was a private one, or so I thought. I was never told it was being recorded nor was I asked if it could be shared publically.
With that said, here is a little clarification.
Barbos had been running the site for my entire time with the guild. (cant fucking believe I am going into this on a public friggin board)
My only intention ever was to attempt to clear matters up and if possible to have the site returned to how and where it was.
I never said I hated going through Ting [always liked the Ting army] my statement was meant to be took as I thought it would. ie: that it sucks that site had to be moved at all.
I have never said nor had an ill thought or word about Ting himself or TingTong the guild. I apologize if you [Menagery] did not understand what I said or meant.
and to Law: Nothing that I said in "confidence" to Barbos was anything that I would not have told to you personally. Youre a prick at times, but I dont dislike you for it. You know better then anyone that I have no problem stating my thoughts and opinions. You want to hate me for them, thats your right. You want to sling names at me now, go for it.
In closing, whatever, I'm so sick of the drama. The only things I am guilty of are #1 caring enough to go to a friend [barbos] and ask him what happened, since no one seemed to know and #2 trying to get him to speak to both Super and Ting to either validate or remove what he had thought had happened. If you read my comments you wouldve seen that many of them contained my misunderstanding of why things happened and how it didnt make sense. And I'll tell you what, it makes even less sense to me now then it ever did.

I truly think it has been taken out of proportion, because the conversation was meant for me. As she stated above. There's no use in coming up with excuses, because it all boils down to, it shouldn't have been posted. Especially without her permission.
As far as TingTong's site is concerned, I think it's unanimous that it is nothing but a blessing, that someone would take the time to make sure those with no hand in this mess can continue on.

Heya guys, I decided to move this thread. Frankly, I felt it was too public. Rhiandra, I have no problems or grudges for what yea said. I infact said a few things about barbo's which I privatly apologized for. It's the internet, and people are entitled to their own oponion's and sometimes it goes a lil overboard cause we don't know each other like RL friends.
Barbo's I gotta a HUGE favor to ask. I was wondering if you could send me a few icon images and a backup of the old text messages. I'm not tooo familar with the recovery of a phpbb db, But I think I can move all the new posts to a Topic while I recover the old posts then move them back.
