the problem is, they moved svasud back, and anyone there before 1.70 is probably stuck. try running along the walls to try to get back in.

if not, appeal /stuck, or try worst comes to worst, recopy a new toon, they reset the charcopy flag in 1.70c or something like that.

this time, have your toon in a safe area like aegir's landing

This is what I did.

I copied TOA into a new folder called Frontiers. Downloaded Frontiers. Installed Frontiers in that ToA copied folder.

I run frontiercamtest.exe (tell me if I'm wrong)

I have new healer copied -- rr10L2 version.

I still can't get out of Svaud Faste. There are no Frontier Teleporters...I can't even click on gate to get out. Is there something wrong with my download?

Once you installed the frontiers beta client into the new TOA folder, you have to make sure you are using the correct shortcut to launch the game.
Go into your newly copied TOA folder where you installed Frontiers and make a new shortcut to camtest and try launching that.

well I tried re-installing frontiers again in that folder...its like I don't have frontiers installed when I log on my infiltrator or healer. Took my infil to Renaris and still see old format.

So either I installed it wrong or using wrong shortcut...

Is frontiercamtest.exe the right program?

No, thats just the installer. Once you run frontiersinstaller.exe, it adds the files to the folder you install it to. After that you launch Camtest.exe from the installed folder just as you normally would to get to pendragon.
