You guys need to consider why some of the attitude from Midnight Fury.
They are the most dominant guild on Bedevere, more RP's than BWC with fewer people(albeit over 2 years instead of 1). They are experienced and used to being the rulers of their own alliance. They come to Merlin and one of them says something over /as and then 5 Isen Vaktens noobs in Tuscaren Glacier jump down their throat.
I agree with crip, the people that spam /as about not spamming /as are worse than the originals. Send a tell to the original person, or to their GM but don't say anything on /as. People get way too anal about "enforcing the rules" when things are quiet. Hardcore obnoxious spammers yes, but an occaisional comment - who cares.
So these Midnight Fury get some shit and think "WTF do I have to put up with this for?". So they first they get super obnoxious to defy authority, and then they just leave. Childish yes.
Regardless, I would say the alliance is weaker now than stronger. I'd take them over Dragons Legacy or Dark Wanderers or Evolution or whoever. I'll be pissed as hell if we lose Wyrd as well.
BWC, Wyrd, Midnight Fury, and Tingtong inc are the only 4 guilds on the whole damn server that do more with less people. Precise, efficient execution rather than bringing a huge zerg. So for that reason I'm sorry to lose them.

Getting to the bottom of this now.
Crippler is right. We need to stop opening our mouths and blast people in /as and start being diplomatic about things. It makes us look like idiots if we constantly flame our alliance members and we start getting their distrust in us as a whole.
I spoke to Asbury again and we're resolving some issues. I'm going to talk to Xeak, who is the Nature's Fury GM and will possibly be leading some raids/etc here on Merlin. I heard he's a whole lot nicer than Raystar and understanding. He's lead a billion raids on Bedevere with his rr9 hero/rr7 bard. I think we need to give them the benefit of the doubt.
We need to possibly re-look at our alliance rules and re-post them.
