did u c the fury/arms spec warrior on teh forums like a month or two ago? he was soloin the dungeon with a bot and i talked to soem gm about it and it willg et nerfed but he was getting 30-50 kills a min depending on his crit rate with only a 1 min rest

Yes, I'm fairly positive I can do a setup like that, but I'm not trying to build a class around a setup that is going to be adjusted. I'm just going to have to wait to see the new warrior changes before I decide.

Reading WoW boards many lvl 60 mages are not going to roll one in retail.

This has me a little worried since level 32 I've been sitting/drinking way too long to get mana back. I have about 2500 mana that I burn through easily in a 15-20 second fight. In instances I'm sitting on my ass constantly as the group moves forward I literally am behind at each encounter.

In ST I'm going to try a warrior for a change. I really really like the mage but they need to tweak mana regen higher.

My mage is lvl 48 and I don't seem to have those problems. I think some mages think they have to go through their entire mana pool every fight when grouped up. I don't do that. A few arcane missiles to get the mob close to dead and that's all I do.

Look at personal landscape.

I can not explain how over powered mages were especially when they could go invisible. Mages have had the most nerfs and people looking for OMGWTF overpowered classed are pissed. They needed the nerfs but read between the lines of reality.

Mages are the most important class in WoW for both PvP and PvE. Sorry you can't have it all.

They could tweak regen rates up a bit imho and it wouldn't increase uberness just make for less downtime.

Mages are a ton of fun and I do like mine.

At high level they are almost demanded by groups before starting instances due to AE, poly, general high dps and conjure.

Only other class I'm thinking about now is Warrior - never really played a melee as a main in an mmo.

I'm enjoying my Warrior so far in ST. I think I'll keep it in retail. I like undead personally, but I might change if Law ever tells us what the hell kind of nerfs are comming this way :(
