I forgot who asked in GC last night that why I didn't know what other artifact they were talking about with my access to the dev boards.
I missed the post... the other artifact that will be changed is the Crocodile's Tooth Dagger. BOTH the Traitor's Dagger AND the Crocodilel's Tooth Dagger will be activateable as AXES. The Crocodile Tooth Dagger will ALSO summon an additional LEFT AXE.
