Anyone else want to leave?
So it seems some people are upset, that when I am not in game (which is rare on a daily basis), that BWC does nothing or people don't listen.
As I find it hard to believe, well tough shit.
Because of this, some people have left, ie. Dekz last night, probably joining TDA. Nice to level "your friends" then they leave.
So here is what I put out to you:
1. Lead, form groups, do raids, do shit with the alliance WITHOUT ME.
2. Create no BS and make it happen
What else can we do? I will be out in Seattle and Texas alot over the next 2 months but can be expected in game 3-4 days a week.
Also I know with new games coming up we will move there, but only select invites will happen, based upon participation and leaderships from previous games.
Thanks.

TY Super. There are a lot of topics going on in officer chat fellas so we are aware of the current times. Supers words are echoed by me. We need to r0k weather we have Super on...an officer on...or God help us just gimps like Rolo and Sven (our newest officer BTW, gratz brotha) on. A good start would be to ask and develope guild and alliance groups. With 8 people on at least act like a guild and group. Good hunting~

hmm
I will do what I can do form groups/raids/exp when I hit lvl 50.
However, no one is going to listen to a lowbie as of yet.
Yes, i have experience of leading large raids (100+ players....shut up tavish, don't bring up the relic raid where i got lost) so expect organization.

I have no plans of going anywhere myself. I know slow times come with every guild. Every server I play on has the same issues. The GM is gone a couple days and everyone is like lost or something.
For me personally I am trying to get 1000 SC not only for my own personal satisfaction, but for the guild as well. I might have made a small side guild for just my alts since I have 14 of 16 slots filled, but mostly cause I didn't want to flood CoN with them. In any case, my main is always on and ready to go. Just took the time you were away to get some stuff done on SC knowing RvR would be up and down. I did join Sleyns TG raid though. Had a blast and even got a BD crown. Thanks again for great raid Sleyn.

My feelings on it from officer board-
BWC still r0x we are just bored after being top guild months in a row. I RvR everyday if anyone wants to join and play a lot during the afternoon. All my groups besides today (heh) roll well. Easy game just need to know where to go fellas. Our PvE raids are damn fun and I like not going to emain everyday to try and hit 5 mil RP for the week, what fun is that. Everyone else had a head to head shot at CoE on Andred and everyone knows who came out better there. I would say we should be around 2.5 million at all times though. Just my 2 cents.
Also lets face it...2 years in any game has it's ups and downs. BWC is on a down swing but still top 5 on Merlin (the major leagues of DAoC). They will learn what other guilds down times are like.

Bah i'm not sure who is complaining about the guild. I was away from doing rvr for a bit due to leveling up my tailor for salvaging. But since friday i have been in emain or our frontier everynight and have went up 3 realm lvl during this time. I see quite a few of us out there everynight. I have had mixed grps with some alliance members and some others. I do think we dont do as much when gundorf is not on jus cause we dont get tells saying get ur ass to emain assface. As for me I dont plan on going anywhere unless the whole guild moves.

When I joined BWC I was amazed by how well the guild flowed and how actively people helped eachother out. Even recently its been that way (look at all the epics done recently, and Ive never had a problem wiht people refusing to leave zerg groups to join a small BWC group in emain)
Sure, our activities have decline a little, so what. It happens to everyone. I dont plan on leaving anytime soon, though I may be less active when SB releases as I plan to play with The Frost Horde (and like Ive said many times, any who want from BWC may join TFH just ask.. open invite to all BWC).

Can someone else lead this time? I got a headache.
I'm still pretty clueless with mid, but I know my DF, and so I try to lead some pve raids around my level in DF. I always do a /who newb to see if any CoN members want some of my phatty denk expin', but usually there aren't that many CoN members around.
I'll keep trying to do my part.
Went on my first raid with Sleyn, and he's a kick ass leader. If some people get pissed off, screw them. If they're not happy, they should lead. I think you guys do pretty damn well.

Everyone gets bored RVRing (zerging) in emain. I would like to encourage people to think a little more broadly. (I'm guilty of this too)
When nothing much is happening, I've been going to Odin's this week and it's been solid RVR all week. There is a spanish alb guild (Caballeros de la Mesa Cuadrada) that comes back over and over and over. Wicons crew of gankers is another group that loves coming. You just need to be more patient for battles than emain but recognize that when they happen:
1. They are more fun the the zerg that is emain
2. Tactics and teamwork come into play more since it's not all about raw numbers.
3. The realm points are better per kill since you aren't splitting with the full zerg.
It's a crap shoot if vaders will come out, but it's been pretty steady all week. Sometimes you gotta stand at the amf for 20 min waiting, but if you can deal with that, the battles have been fun. I personally love small group fights best.
Otherwise, almost always when we get a group together in emain and get rolled by some huge alb zerg we will port back to emain or people will get bored and log. Maybe we should take our single group and go camp savauge gates and play a little hit and run. Or if we can get two groups together, then take Beno or even try Hurbury. Both are a long run for the albs so if we are quick and efficient we might succeed even with small groups.
If there is nothing else to do, use the hasteners in Midgard and run out to Bledmeer and back to vault a ram or two. Every single melee and seer character should have at least one ram vaulted in my opinion. Or a treb, whatever you like best. Maybe it wil take you two trips, but get seige gear vaulted.
My point is we all get in a rut of assuming that emain is all we can do when there isn't some formal guild raid being lead by Gun or Ugnot. I've been as guilty as most, but am sick to death of emain right now.

Well, from my experience, I have a different outlook on BWC. I don't really mind a relaxed state of /gu. I like enjoying the game's social aspects a bit more with my guildies. I can honestly say that all of you folks rock, and Im pretty happy zergging, xping, alting, whatev. I dont ever want people in BWC to feel they NEED to stay on top with rps and such. From those that were here before in the clan, we are not daoc hardliners really. Just here for a good time. Screw peoples expectations; they know our capabilities. As long as Im on merlin, I'll never leave bloodwinter. It is my first home, and my last. <gang signs> bish!
Gun, dont let a couple complaints deter you from your superb leadership. Also, we have good officers and we will manage just fine on the days you are out.

COE Deja Vu.
Rene, Warcat and Hall tried to come to the rescue there and did a fine damn job.
Time for the officers to step up and lead the guild in your absence.
I know that I've been bored of the game myself lately. I do enjoy the PVP raids into Albion and/or PL sessions since I'm a carebear at haert I guess. Many nights I login and don't see many people online and/or up to much other than emain so I logout ).
