Not much of a story.

Mostly we grew apart and generally unhappy for more than year. We barely tolerated each other in the same room playing Aion last fall.

Separated on amicable terms (still dividing the little things).

Other than that, I'm now out and about having fun, busy w/work and loving life.

Not to interrupt but I heard Titans was not FILMED in 3D - only converted AFTERWARDS. In other words it's not truly a 3D film. Couple that with the fact the theaters are trying to shove a fist up our asses with a 4$ bump on 3D movie tickets, I'll probably just say fuck off and see the 2D at first. We are checking it out Friday evening and I'll let you guys know what I think this weekend. Like Rolondo said I am pessimistic that it will be any good but wtf. I was a huge fan of the original when I was a kid so I have to see it. Plus there's goat-beasts, mechanical owls, Krakens and shit.

I like the shove a fist in our ass w/the $4.00 increase.

literally laughing out loud.

Most movies now will be converted to 3D after the fact just for the extra cash.

I can't really say much about 3D -- I've never seen Avatar to judge the quality of it.

SAW CLASH...

very very mixed. CGI = cool.

Ralph Fiennes aka Voldemort aka Hades = awesome. I like him in dark villian roles rather than the pansy shakespeare and posh british dramas.

Liam Neeson - MEH. Gimme the "Taken" version of Liam Neeson, then we got a movie.

Storyline = BLAH

Sam Worthington = Double BLAH.

Saw it in 2D and have to agree with Eirene.

Looks like they showed almost all the best parts on the commercials.

Very Blah

I was completely let down by the movie. Seriously, if Clash were a meal, it would come in a paper bag and have some grease stains near the bottom. It's an underachieving, seat-filler flick that relies more on the Harryhausen original then this fucked up minimal personality remake. I was going to write a review but it was too depressing and the list of FAIL would have been longer then I cared to verbalize. My only advice is wait for DVD night.

/begin rant

ok.

I just got back from Clash of the Titans and I don't even know where to begin. Perhaps, with a question?

WHY!? BY THE GODS! WHY!?

So, to sum it up I hated it. I almost left the theater like 5 times.

The 3D was more like 2 and a half D. I have a headache from that shit.

The stupid one liners were the worst! When he says " And don't look that bitch in the eyes." I almost hit myself in the throat for no reason. I couldn't have cared less about any of the main characters.

Overall the movie made no sense. What they should have done was just remaster the original and called it a day. No reason to ruin a perfect classic. Ray Harryheusson's vision of the monsters and the Kracken captured the realism and I feel that was better even back in the 70s. Didn't we see this Kracken fighting Luke Skywalker already in Jaba the Huts lair? Im just saying...

Medusa was corny as fuck. Back in the original, Medusa was scary as shit and scared the hell out of me and it still holds up today against that lame CGI Medusa. Way, Way! off on that one.

They completely disregarded the mechanical owl Bubo. they even went as far as showing Perseus picking it up and saying " What is this?" while his friend tells him " Don't worry about that." So he puts it down and we never see it again. What the fuck?

They brought back the Scorpion from Transformers for some reason. Just guess they wanted to cut some corners there.

Calabas looked like a fucking idiot. Just some random, stupid, monster that you could see fighting the Mighty Morphin power Rangers or some shit. Just some guy with a lame dent in his head.

Liam Neeson should be ashamed of himself. Really ashamed.

/end rant

Im so let down I am going to go crawl under my bed now and cry.

Hah, fortune did smile on me today it seems, wish it would do it on lottory day tho. Went to the threatre today and WAS planning on seing Clash, but then when standing in line i thought about the other movies they were showing and i ended up seing Green Zone instead.

I see that the choice was well made.

Green Zone was a fucking fantastic movie, but I hated the ending.

First, They killed Jason Isaacs. :( :( :( Another reason why hot Brits make awesome villians. :D

Also, I didn't like how Matt Damon's character decides to "leak" information to the press in the end. It should have been a stand-alone after the gun-fight and bombs through Baghdad. Then it would be up to viewer on what happened.
